  1. A driver who chases and races while driving on the road, commits serious acts, will be subject to a criminal detention and a fine.
  2. A motorized vehicle driver who drives after drinking alcohol is subject to the temporary detention of the driving license for 6 months and also a fine of 1000 yuan ~ 2000 yuan.
  3. A motorized vehicle driver who drives after drinking alcohol is subject to the temporary detention of the driving license for 6 months and also a fine of 1000 yuan ~ 2000 yuan.   5. If a driver drives a commercial motorized vehicle after drinking, he will be subject to a detention of 15 days, a fine of 5000 yuan, revocation of his driving license, and he is prohibited for 5 years from applying for the driving license.
  6. If a driver drives a commercial motorized vehicle after getting drunk, the traffic control department of the public security organ should restrain him till he becomes sober-minded, his driving license will be revoked and he is prohibited for10 years from applying for the driving license. He couldn’t drive a commercial motorized vehicle even if he gets the driving license again.
  7.
